Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

About the role

The Fortessa Store, an upscale tableware retailer located in One Loudoun, is seeking a Retail Associate to join their team. This position offers a fun, relaxed, and flexible retail environment where you can earn extra income while providing exceptional service to restaurateurs, chefs, and food enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily store activities (register, sales, and closing responsibilities, etc.)
• Aids in the day-to-day retail operational requirements as needed, including merchandising, signage, stock levels, and collaborating with the store team to oversee daily store cleaning and recovery, as applicable.
• Maintains product inventory level on the sales floor with appropriate priced SKUs.
• Aids in breaking down, organizing, and stocking weekly transfer shipments.
• Promotes a clean work environment for customers and team members by dusting, light sweeping, breaking down, and disposing of cardboard boxes.

• Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Excellent follow-through and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
• High energy and motivated self-starter who makes a positive first impression on all customer interactions.

Additional Information

Position open to all US residents legally authorized to work in the US. Competitive hourly wage of $19 per hour, plus Medical, Dental, and 401(k) benefits.
