About the role

Flowerama is seeking hardworking, upbeat, and dependable individuals for various shifts including day, evening, and weekend positions. The Florist and Gift Store is looking for qualified applicants with strong customer service and/or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers in selecting and arranging flowers and gifts
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Follow safety protocols and ensure store cleanliness
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Qualifications

• Floristry certification is a plus
• Knowledge of flower care and preservation techniques
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
