About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Assists customers in finding products, processes returns, and handles cash transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide product information and assist with purchases.
  • Process returns and refunds according to store policy.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organize merchandise.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some positions).

Qualifications
