Full Time - Resilience, Energy, and Innovation Associate (Remote)
About the role
This is a remote position. We are a growing resilience and innovation consulting firm at the forefront of smart and high-performance building standards, technology, energy efficiency, and training. We are looking for a motivated Associate to join our collaborative team of forward-thinking professionals dedicated to delivering measurable results for the communities and organizations we serve.
Responsibilities
- Work on energy-related programs, outreach, education, and training.
- Manage multiple priorities across active project schedules.
- Interface effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
- Represent the company and project team professionally.
Requirements
- Must be located within the USA.
- Must be willing to work in PST hours.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in handling smart or high-performance building projects or a related field.
- Must have an educational background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental, or City Planning.
- Experience working on energy programs, training, education, and outreach within California is a major plus.

- Passionate about smart building solutions, green building, energy efficiency, and resilience.
- Friendly, positive, collaborative, and coachable with a customer-service focus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities across active project schedules.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to meet evolving project timelines and team needs.
- Accountable and communicative.
Skills
- LEED GA, LEED AP, or ICC CALGreen Inspector credential.
- Technical training in architecture, engineering, construction management, environmental, or city planning.
- Familiarity with construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to discipline.

Pay
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $60,000 - $80,000 for the annual base salary. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The candidate’s geographic location will be confirmed during recruitment.
Schedule
Work remotely approximately 40 hours per week.
