Responsibilities
- Manage the IPC program within the facility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care processes
- Report and analyze IPC data
Requirements
- Current IPC certification
- Current RN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Associates or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- Georgia RN or Multistate RN license
- Previous Nursing Management experience in LTC setting preferred
- Experience collecting and reporting IPC data preferred
- Broad Health care knowledge & experience
- Excellent Communication skills
