Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) $5,000 Sign on Bonus!

About the role

Cleveland Care & Rehab seeks compassionate and thoughtful individuals to join our team. We partner with skilled nursing centers to support a small team environment of caring professionals with the resources of a larger enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
• Sets up nursing care assignments based on resident needs and team members' capabilities
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents treatments as required
• Ensures supplies are used economically and equipment is clean and maintained safely
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma
• Valid CPR certification
• Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
• React decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
