Registered Nurse (RN) $5K Sign-On Bonus!

About the role

Seminole Care & Rehab seeks compassionate and thoughtful Registered Nurses to join our team. We partner with skilled nursing centers across 3 states to provide exceptional care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on resident needs and capabilities
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents treatments as required
• Ensures supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained safely
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Effective communication skills with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
• Decisive reaction to emergencies
• Maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
