Schedule

Now offering 12-hour shifts! Current available shifts:

  • 6pm to 6am: Thursday through Saturday, every other Wednesday
  • 6pm to 6am: Sunday through Tuesday, every other Wednesday

Pay

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of nursing with high motivation
  • Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
  • Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
  • Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
  • Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
  • Assign nursing care to team members according to the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
  • Administer medications and start IVs
  • Perform treatments for assigned residents and document as required
  • Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
  • One year of nursing experience is preferred
  • Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their family members, and at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
  • Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
