Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies and protocols
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, communicate patient conditions
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care as the primary point of contact
• Follow physician and nursing orders accurately
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with licensure from the Alabama Board of Nursing
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program
