Full-Time Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

About the Role

Provides direct nursing care in the Cath Lab setting, following organizational policies and protocols. Implements and monitors patient care plans, assesses patient conditions, and communicates findings effectively. Serves as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless patient care. Follows physician and nursing orders accurately and participates in discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse with licensure from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross obtained within 1 month of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Work Location

UAB St. Vincent's, with full-time or PRN options.
