About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) position in a skilled nursing and rehab facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform resident assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocols.
- Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory support residents.
- Supervise CNAs, educate residents and families, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Promote quality, safety, and dignity in patient care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure.
