Full-Time Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assess health status.
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Support discharge planning and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
