Full-Time Registered Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities include: utilizing critical thinking and effective communication skills, making decisive judgments, and working independently in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities also encompass administering treatments, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with department-specific credentials. Qualifications and skills: a minimum of one year of work experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and relevant certifications such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate. Additional certifications like ACLS are required for specific units including ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas. Special requirements: PALS certification for Pediatric areas (excluding NICU), fetal monitoring certification for L&D nurses, with a six-month window for newly licensed RNs to obtain ACLS, PALS, or fetal monitoring credentials.
