About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our travel staffing team in Fargo, ND.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver individualized patient care across all phases, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborating with healthcare colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Providing patient education, triage, and coordination of care in accordance with nursing standards and scope.
- Practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to ethical and professional guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Ability to meet department-specific competencies and certifications.
Compensation and Benefits
- Weekly pay inclusive of stipends.
- Eligibility for benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
- Contracts are 14 weeks with options to extend or relocate to other sites.
