Full-Time Registered Nurse

About the role

We are a faith-based, community-focused health center seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide weekday primary care to underserved patients. This role is integral to delivering compassionate, holistic healthcare in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to underserved patients during weekday hours.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, behavioral health, dental, and wellness providers.
• Educate patients on health management, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Work collaboratively to deliver integrated, patient-centered care in a community-oriented setting.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
