About the role
We are a faith-based, community-focused health center seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide weekday primary care to underserved patients. This role is integral to delivering compassionate, holistic healthcare in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to underserved patients during weekday hours.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, behavioral health, dental, and wellness providers.
- Educate patients on health management, prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Work collaboratively to deliver integrated, patient-centered care in a community-oriented setting.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
