About the Role

Provide personalized, compassionate patient care in a rehabilitation setting to support recovery and functional improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care, lead assessments, develop and modify care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate healing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs.
• Celebrate patient milestones and progress.
• Provide patient-centered care using advanced technology and support patient recovery goals.

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure per state requirements.
• CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
