About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Develop and adjust care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and coordinate with physicians and supervisors.
- Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate and BLS card.
- Current PPD or chest X-ray.
- One year of RN experience preferred.
