Full-Time Registered Nurse

Role Overview Provides direct and indirect patient care in a designated setting, collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to restore health, respecting patient autonomy and dignity. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritization, along with other assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities Assess patients accurately based on their medical condition.Administer prescribed medications safely.Deliver age-appropriate care and support basic self-care activities.Develop and evaluate patient and family teaching plans.Use nursing knowledge to perform treatments and procedures.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical skills.Address psychosocial needs and coordinate with social services for discharge planning.Practice cost-effective resource management.Prioritize patient safety and reduce risks of harm.Commit to ongoing professional learning and development. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Computer literacy required; additional certifications like ACLS/PALS preferred.
