Full-Time Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to underserved patients in a primary care setting.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage care plans.
• Respond to urgent needs during overnight shifts.
• Educate patients and families on health-related matters.
• Coordinate follow-up care and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary, faith-inspired team to deliver whole-person care across medical, behavioral, and wellness services.
• Model dignity, respect, and service in all interactions.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in primary care or similar healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent situations.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation.
• Commitment to providing respectful, compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
