Full-Time Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Leading holistic patient care in accordance with clinical standards and protocols
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized care plans
• Cooking communication among multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient experiences
• Maintaining vigilance over patient conditions, recording changes, and acting decisively
• Managing physician and nursing orders and coordinating discharge plans for smooth transitions

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Current RN licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
• BLS Provider certification within one month of hire, from American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or professional licensure at hire
