Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a MedTele unit, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs closely.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and respond promptly to acute patient changes.
• Educate patients and their families about care and health management.
• Advocate for patient safety and uphold principles of diversity and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and relevant clinical experience.
