The Head Nurse oversees patient care, staff management, and daily operations within a nursing unit. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Active RN licensure
• BLS certification (must be obtained within 14 days of hire)
• Computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification
• Strong leadership abilities to support continuous learning and team development
