About the Role
Provide compassionate, individualized patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting to support recovery and rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise care and treatments
- Lead patient assessments
- Develop and adjust care plans
- Address patient concerns
- Build strong relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate across departments for coordinated care
- Support fellow staff with complex cases
- Celebrate patient milestones
- Provide direct patient care
- Serve as a resource for staff
- Ensure high-quality, personalized support to facilitate patient recovery in a technology-equipped environment
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure (state-specific)
- At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred CRRN certification
- Preferred ACLS certification
