About the role
As a physical therapy assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their physical therapy goals, promoting independence, and improving their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Conduct physical therapy treatments and exercises under the supervision of a physical therapist
- Monitor and record patient progress, collaborating with the therapy team to ensure high-quality care
- Educate and empower residents to take an active role in their rehabilitation and wellness journey
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting team collaboration and open communication
