• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance student development programs.
• Design and deliver developmental activities that promote positive behavior and student engagement.
• Connect students with appropriate resources to support their well-being and growth.
