Full time Private Duty Day and Night RN or LVN for Infant in Lakeworth

About the role

Located in Lake Worth, TX, this position provides 1:1 pediatric home health care for an infant requiring G‑tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator support. Shifts are available weekdays and weekends, covering both 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m. schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one nursing care to a medically complex infant in the home setting.
• Monitor and manage G‑tube feeding, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support.
• Build a meaningful relationship with the child and family, observing progress firsthand.

Requirements

• Current RN or LVN license.
• Willingness to learn specialized pediatric care (ventilator, tracheostomy, G‑tube).
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.
