Full Time Private Duty Day and Night RN or LVN for Infant in Lake Worth

About the role

Location: Lake Worth, TX. Hours: All week 7a-7p & 7p-7a. Client specifics: Infant requiring G‑tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care. Pediatric Home Service provides 1:1 pediatric home health care, offering specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care with 24/7 team support. No prior pediatric experience is required; RN or LVN licensure is needed, and a willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one nursing care for an infant with complex medical needs (G‑tube, tracheostomy, ventilator).
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage equipment to ensure the child’s safety and comfort at home.
• Collaborate with the family and interdisciplinary team to support the child’s growth and development.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN license in Texas.
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to learning ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care.
