Full Time Porter - Apartments
About the role
Monarch Investment is seeking a full-time Porter (maintenance, janitorial and grounds) to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. The Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, janitorial needs to common areas, cleaning vacant apartments and helping with light maintenance tasks.

We are willing to train the right person and there is opportunity for growth. The role includes maintenance, janitorial and grounds duties.
Qualifications
This role requires a valid driver’s license. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process. This role also requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
