Full-Time PM Cook - Student Dining

Full-time position working 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. every other weekend.

About the role

Prepares items for the Student Dining hall, Catering, and concession events. Works with a team to prepare fresh food according to established standards. May be assigned to specific grill positions based on menu requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for Student Dining, Catering, and concession events
• Collaborate with team members to maintain food quality and standards
• Work specific grill positions as needed based on menu mix

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Currently authorized to work in the United States (Ashland University will not sponsor or take over sponsorship for an employment visa)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a large volume setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
