About the Role
The restaurant group of award-winning Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking a Bakery Picker / Packer with at least one year of experience to join our commissary kitchen in NYC. We’re looking for a reliable, dedicated team player who takes pride in their work and is interested in building a long-term career with our bakery team.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, starting at 2:30 AM.
Responsibilities
- Packaging bakery final products
- Slicing bakery products
- Scaling recipes
- Supporting the bakery team with daily operations
- Keeping work areas organized and clean
