Picker Packers (Part-time)

Responsibilities

1. Accurately pick and pack items according to established organizational standards and prepare them for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Utilize RF scanning equipment to track and monitor inventory movements with precision and efficiency, reducing processing errors.
3. Maintain clean and organized workstation areas and uphold safety protocols to ensure compliance with warehouse operational standards.
4. Collaborate with warehouse inventory teams to monitor stock levels and report discrepancies for timely resolution.
5. Perform occasional inventory counts and utilize PC systems to update stock data, contributing to accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment with proven expertise in picking, packing, and inventory handling.
• Demonstrated proficiency with RF Scanner tools and systems, ensuring accurate item tracking and verification.
• Basic computer skills to operate inventory management systems and record stock movements efficiently.

Preferred Requirements

• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities in warehouse operations and implement solutions collaboratively with team members.
• Familiarity with shipping processes and packaging standards to ensure compliance with company protocols.
