Full Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time position at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of Ballantyne, an outpatient clinic offering one-on-one, personalized care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Physical Therapist during patient evaluations and assessments
• Contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals
• Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
• Track and observe patient progress, reporting any updates or concerns to the Physical Therapist
• Accurately document treatment sessions and collaborate with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Active North Carolina PTA license required
• Experience preferred, but open to strong new graduates
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Spanish bilingual ability is a plus (not required)
