Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history
• Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

Requirements

• Passion for serving others
• Florida license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply

Pay

$85,000 - $100,000 per year, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Up to $15,000 in sign-on bonuses available.
