Full-Time Physical Therapist- Pediatric Home Health

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You'll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child's functional independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions for pediatric patients
• Provide individualized therapy sessions in the home setting
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document all assessments, treatments, and patient progress in electronic medical records

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges
