Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions to any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Complete required screenings, certifications, and licensure (requirements may vary by location).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure (requirements may vary by location).
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
