Full-time Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Evaluate residents’ functional status and develop/implement treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and community updates.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay

• $40.00 - $42.00 per hour based on experience and education.
