Rogue Valley Manor in Medford, OR, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Full-time Physical Therapist. Offering a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote functional independence
• Evaluate resident progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient care activities and progress in electronic health records

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
• At least two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and rehabilitation techniques

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience
