Full-Time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to restore patients' functional capabilities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare providers, to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care that improves outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans, implementing and adjusting therapies based on progress, maintaining detailed documentation, and educating patients and their families. You will work closely with team members and participate in community outreach, staff meetings, and training to support professional development. Qualifications require a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, an active New Jersey license, and mandatory BLS certification. Strong communication skills and proficiency in documentation are essential. Preferred candidates have at least two years of clinical experience and additional certifications in specialized areas such as sports medicine, geriatrics, or pediatrics.
