About Us
Located in New Hampshire’s scenic Lakes Region, Taylor Laconia and Taylor Meredith Bay communities provide a split-role opportunity across two campuses—Laconia and Meredith. Both locations blend lake living with convenient access to dining, shopping, entertainment, and outdoor recreation. The two locations are approximately a 25–30 minute drive apart, making commuting between campuses manageable.

Qualifications
The Physical Therapist Assistant shall implement the plan of care as established by the RPT and the physician in a professional, competent manner, upholding excellence with quality of care.
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
- Certification and licensure as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs, and therapy disciplines.
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure (requirements may vary by location).
