Full-Time Physical Therapist - $10k Signing Bonus!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services in the home setting.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervise therapy assistants and support staff, as appropriate.

Requirements

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain an acceptable driving record, or have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role is also eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, overtime, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings. These components are not guaranteed and depend on individual and/or team performance.
