Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in creating meaningful opportunities to fully participate in their day program.
• Ensure all activities align with the choices made by the individuals.
• Support individuals in making informed decisions regarding their finances, well-being, relationships, and employment.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s license
• Must attend LifeStream orientation and trainings.
• Access to a vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary to apply for these positions.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Pay

Hourly rate starts at $19.50-$20.50 depending on MAP certification.

Schedule

Mon-Thurs 9a-3p, Fri 8a-2p
