About the role
The Senior Patient Care Coordinator plays a key role in supporting clinical operations within a multi-specialty healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead front desk staff and manage daily workflows
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient check-in/out
- Perform insurance verification and address patient concerns
- Collaborate with the care team and monitor performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to organizational protocols and confidentiality standards
- Provide staff training and support process improvement initiatives
- Support operational needs across multiple locations
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- At least 2 years of experience in medical office roles, including leadership experience
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems, specifically EPIC

- Proficiency in computer applications and healthcare terminology
