Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Customer Service & Labor Associate

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional service
• Write new orders and support landscape customer accounts
• Organize nursery stock and landscape products for deliveries and yard maintenance
• Load and unload trucks, both incoming and outbound, including Company transfers
• Maintain nursery stock, replenish products, and help keep the site organized
• Operate equipment such as forklifts or front-end loaders (experience a plus)
• Perform other duties as assigned

This role is hands-on and requires physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

What We’re Looking For

• Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused
• Experience in the green industry, horticulture, landscaping, or nursery operations
• Familiarity with landscape/hardscape products, irrigation, fertilizers, pest control, or similar is a plus
• Willingness to learn about the products we carry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work outdoors in most weather conditions
• Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
• 18 years or older
