Full Time / Part Time Nanny

About the Role

As a Back-up Nanny, you will care for children in-home. You will not be required to transport children, and household duties are limited to common-sense clean-up of your activities or meals with the child. You will support families needing care for children ranging from infants through toddlers, with the highest demand for children under the age of 2. Your role involves engaging children by providing safety and leading hands-on, age-appropriate activities based on your observations of their development.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home childcare for infants through toddlers
• Engage children with hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities
• Ensure safety and well-being of children in your care
• Perform light clean-up related to activities or meals with the child
• Communicate effectively with staffing supervisors and families

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children (paid or unpaid), with mandatory infant experience
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various homes in the area
• Availability for any 3 or more weekdays, with 6-8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
• Commitment to responsiveness and clear communication with supervisors and families

Pay

$23 per hour - $26.50 per hour
