About the Role
As a Back-up Nanny, you will care for children in-home, but you will not be required to transport children. There are no household duties other than common sense clean-up of your activities or meals with the child. You will support families who need care for children ranging from infants through toddlers, with the highest demand for care for children under the age of 2. You will engage children by providing safety and leading hands-on activities based on your observations of the children's age-appropriate development.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Experience working with children, paid or unpaid, infant experience mandatory
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area
- Available any 3 or more weekdays for 6 - 8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
- Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor and a bright smile to greet each family

Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $23 per hour - $26.50 per hour
