Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 completed client sessions per week for full-time employment.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, physicians, and other providers as appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing professional development.
• Help create an engaging, welcoming experience for clients while contributing to our positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Illinois clinical license or license-eligible status (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Experience working with children and adolescents is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual clinicians are highly encouraged to apply.

Pay

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule

Full-time position averaging 32 clinical hours per week with a minimum expectation of 25 completed client sessions per week. Flexible scheduling and strong work-life balance.
