A licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina is sought for a full-time position in outpatient clinics, schools, and community settings. Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and quality of life for children and their families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Assess patient needs and progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document patient care accurately and maintain thorough records.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice in North Carolina.
  • Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000, with a bonus structure included.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Consistent attendance is important, and flexibility for time off can be planned in advance.
