Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy sessions to patients in various settings including outpatient clinics, schools, and community centers.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
  • Basic computer skills.

Pay

The base salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000, with a bonus structure included. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Consistent attendance is essential; flexible scheduling for time off can be arranged in advance.
