Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and quality of life for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning
• Evaluate resident progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new techniques

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Experience working with older adults and individuals with disabilities
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and technology

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
