Full-time Occupational Therapist

About the role

Christian Village at Mt. Healthy is a faith-based senior living community located in Cincinnati, OH. We are seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic therapy team.

Responsibilities

- Provide individualized occupational therapy services to residents to help them maintain their physical and mental wellbeing. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans. - Assess residents' functional abilities and needs, and modify environments to promote independence. - Educate residents and their families on techniques to improve daily living skills. - Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.

Requirements

- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio. - Experience working with older adults and knowledge of geriatric occupational therapy principles. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. - Completion of an approved residency program in occupational therapy.
